The annual golf tournament is a go!! We are at Cedar Glen again this year and you can schedule your tee times when you sign up. Sign up will be at the local office.

Your team of 4 needs to consist of at least 2 members.

Dinner is served is the same as last year, since we got so many compliments for it.

The UTE Local 00042 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is where you get important updates from your local executives. This is democracy in action and the source of your power at the workplace. Do not miss the AGM if you want to have a say in how your union is run.

There is a by-election at this meeting and a budget proposal.

The optional meal is from 10:00 to 11:00 for $10 per member

Local 00042 Knitting and Crochet night. Bring what you’re working on to the union office and get to know the other crafters in the union. Needleworkers are welcome as well.

Area council meeting include members from all PSAC components and DCL’s in the Sudbury and North Bay Area’s. We discuss how to come together and create successful political action campaigns to support members in bargaining and through out the life of the contract. We will be discussing what we want out of the New Year and which direction the Area Council should go.
